It is a modern villa hidden in the thickness of a luxuriant vegetation. It is a play of volume, shadow and light. It is a place of life, designed to receive, relax and rest. It is a tailor-made architecture, both open and protective. On the ground floor there is a large living room under a double height. It is extended by a terrace and a large swimming pool. Open onto the garden, a long string of open rooms is partitioned by simple storage units. The different levels are connected by a service core secured by armoured doors. The basement conceals the car park, storage rooms and technical elements. Upstairs are a living room and the bedrooms. This level is more intimate, more discreet. On the roof, a terrace is arranged and allows a 360° view of the surroundings. Prefabricated concrete and exotic wood are used to meet climatic conditions and aesthetic requirements.
